Cozy College Park Cottage Near Advent Health and Orlando Health

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater seemed to be out of order, so it was rather chilly. Thankfully, we made great use of the hot tub, which was lovely! The guest studios near the pool were compact but offered the privacy we wanted. Keep in mind that since the property is older, there are some signs of wear. We had an issue with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was more like a fridge, and we ended up with melted ice. The stairs were a bit tricky to navigate, and there’s just one bedroom downstairs in the main house, so it might not be the best option for anyone with mobility challenges. Also, note that there are no bathing facilities in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among a few families.

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent a whole month here and loved every moment. The location couldn't be better—it's under 10 minutes to the airport without any of the noise, just a quick 2-minute stroll to a wide variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clematis, where we discovered fantastic restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to enjoy everything nearby. Kevin, our host, was fantastic and made our stay incredibly easy. Whenever we had a minor issue, he quickly sent someone to resolve it, which we greatly appreciated. The Airbnb itself is cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The other residents were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth exit. With multiple listings under his belt, he proves to be both reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of Kevin's other properties!

Our experience was fantastic thanks to Mark's attention to detail. Even after our flight was delayed, he patiently waited for us to arrive and gave a thorough tour of the property. We truly appreciate his hospitality!
