I had to book a quick work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. Even though the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour and got me settled in quickly. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in good working order, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

Our stay was fantastic! We were traveling for work and found this place to be perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and the beds provided a great night's sleep. The two additional cottage rooms in the back offered us the privacy we needed, each with its own bathroom, which was a big plus. The pool area was delightful, though it was surrounded by trees, so we made use of the nets to keep it tidy. We still enjoyed swimming when the weather permitted. The soothing sounds of the waterfall in the pool made for a tranquil atmosphere at night. The neighborhood is peaceful and seemed very safe. We even ventured out for evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with great bars, restaurants, and close to the beach. The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would absolutely love to return if the opportunity arises!
This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option amidst the pricey short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can be configured as two twin beds or a king. The location is ideally situated close to various attractions in WPB. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts a range, refrigerator, and sleek countertops, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom is also modern, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans, in addition to the top-notch air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and bars for storing clothes. Guests have access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which are shared with the main house (also available for rent if you need more space). The host was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues promptly and positively. In summary, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with this host again.
