The Falling Moss Villa Downtown Orlando Retreat

This place was perfect for our group getaway! It was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Although we did encounter a few minor issues, like the hot tub needed a good clean and there were some cracked floorboards on the main level, these didn't really affect our stay. Overall, it matched the description well, and I would definitely consider booking again.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for singles or couples, and even for two friends since the bed can be arranged as twins or a king-sized bed. The location is ideal, being close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances including a stove, refrigerator, and a sleek sink and countertop. The bathroom renovations were also impressive, complete with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus effective air conditioning, we were always comfortable. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage space. You also have access to a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is super convenient. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns quickly and efficiently. We had a great experience here and would definitely book with Kevin again.
