We had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb for three weeks, and it was an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice of neighborhood. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and many attractions were conveniently within walking distance. The area was peaceful and made us feel secure, which was an added bonus. The property itself is a lovely century-old home, and we adored the pool and cabana setup in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were a great touch for accommodating our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the washer/dryer and improve the quality of the pillows. However, apart from that, this is definitely a fantastic option for anyone traveling with a big group and seeking a prime location in West Palm!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often overpriced West Palm Beach area. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be converted into two twin beds or a king. The location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen is nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom has also been remodeled and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer for the lights. With ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, combined with effective air conditioning, you'll stay comfortably cool. The closet is well-organized, providing ample space for storage. Plus, you’ll find a shared washer and dryer along with convenient off-street parking (it's shared with the main house, which is also a rental if you need more room). The owner was attentive and quick to address a couple of small concerns we had. All in all, this property met our expectations, and I would happily book again.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I noticed the carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture is in need of repair, particularly the peeling on the leather. Overall, I had a pleasant stay – the place was comfortable and conveniently located, though there are definitely areas that could use some attention.
