Kevin was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, and he handled it like a pro! His communication skills were fantastic, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The house matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which Kevin promptly checked on and confirmed was out of order; however, the stovetop was functioning well. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare large meals anyway. We appreciated his thoughtful gestures and the little surprises he provided during our stay. A big thank you to Kevin! We will definitely consider renting more of his properties in the future.

He personally welcomed us at the house, showed us around, and was very friendly. Mark also provided valuable recommendations for nearby beaches, eateries, and activities that made our stay enjoyable. Jake is an excellent host who is incredibly responsive and attentive to his guests. He went above and beyond to assist many attendees at DWD in securing last-minute accommodations and catered to various individual requests. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay. Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, helping me unwind and refresh my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I will definitely return!

Our stay here for work was absolutely fantastic! The house offered plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were incredibly comfy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back were a great bonus, allowing everyone to have their own space and bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool area, it was surrounded by beautiful trees, so we used the nets provided to keep it clean, but once it was ready, we loved taking a swim in the lovely weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which made evening walks to the nearby Publix very enjoyable. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of bars and restaurants, plus the beach is nearby too. Kevin, the host, was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely love to return here in the future if it's available!
