We had an absolutely fantastic last-minute getaway! The apartment was perfect for our needs, complete with parking and a very accommodating host. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to everything, just a short stroll to Starbucks, shops, live music, and more. While some features, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the window and sliding door more than made up for it. We’d definitely come back!

I found the location to be quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and about 5 minutes by car. The accommodation was a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. To make matters worse, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the distance and the amenities offered, I felt the pricing was excessive. Fortunately, Airbnb's 100% refund policy came to my rescue, but I must say that the cost of over $300 felt unreasonable for what was provided. I hope that more reasonable pricing and additional amenities will be implemented in the future.

We faced a last-minute cancellation on our original booking, but fortunately, Sean was incredibly quick to help us secure a place in under a day. He was very welcoming upon our arrival, providing a thorough tour of the property and encouraging us to reach out for any assistance we might need. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and things to do were spot on. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Kevin deserves all five stars for his dedication and responsiveness. There were a few issues with the unit, like a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin took care of it promptly. I did notice that one of the tubs could use a thorough cleaning, and the towels were a bit lacking in quality. I think it would be beneficial for the owner to upgrade those.

We had a fantastic stay here while in town for work. The spaciousness of the house was impressive, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided excellent privacy, allowing everyone to have their own bathroom, which was a major plus. The pool area was lovely; it’s surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming in it on nice days. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool added to the tranquil atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt very secure walking around, especially to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is ideal, right near Clematis St and City Place, which are packed with great bars and restaurants, not to mention the beach. Kevin, the host, was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to return here if the opportunity arises in the future.
