What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the on-site parking was a huge plus. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks and great shops. Sure, the couch shows a bit of wear, but the stunning views from the window and sliding door more than made up for it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in a convenient location!
The location was further from the convention center than I anticipated, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room felt quite cramped, furnished only with a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was broken, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Considering the price point, which exceeds $300, it feels unreasonably high for what is offered. I was relieved to receive a full refund in line with Airbnb's policies, but I do hope they consider lowering the rates and enhancing the facilities in the future.

The pool area was a lovely addition, nestled among trees, and while we did need to use the provided nets to keep it tidy, we enjoyed swimming when the weather was nice. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a delightful bonus. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and safe. We took evening strolls to the nearby Publix, which was convenient. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with numerous bars and restaurants, plus the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return again in the future if it's available.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's a perfect spot for solo travelers, couples, or two friends, thanks to the flexible bed arrangement that can be set up as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the attractions of WPB. The kitchen has been thoughtfully remodeled, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern sink with countertop. The bathroom has been upgraded as well, complete with nice little details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. We appreciated the ceiling fans and the efficient air conditioning that kept us comfortable. The well-organized closet provided plenty of storage, and having access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking was a great perk. The property manager was responsive and addressed a few minor issues with ease. All in all, this place met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again in the future.
The owner was wonderful, and the apartment was absolutely spotless. It had a beautiful design, was very tidy, and felt very welcoming. My mother enjoyed her stay immensely!
My experience with the host was fantastic, earning a perfect score in my book! Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that were beyond the host's control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but the host promptly addressed it. I did notice that one of the tubs could have used a bit more attention when it came to cleanliness. Additionally, the towels provided were not up to par and could definitely benefit from being replaced. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor hiccups.
