This property was the perfect choice for our family reunion; we had everyone gathered comfortably under one roof! I highly recommend this place, but just a heads up to check if the pool is clean before you arrive. We were disappointed to miss our planned barbecue in the backyard since the pool needed some maintenance and had turned green. Thankfully, the issue was quickly addressed with the pool service. Our host, Richard, was fantastic and very quick to respond to our inquiries. Truly a great experience!

This property was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal location. The amenities, including the lovely pool and fitness center, were a definite plus. The location of the rental turned out to be quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and around 5 minutes by car. The room was small, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. To make matters worse, the shower was out of order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, I found it to be unreasonable for the facilities provided. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund following Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope future guests see improvements in pricing and amenities.

We had a fantastic time staying at this spacious property for our weekend getaway. While we did encounter a few minor problems, such as a hot tub that could use a thorough cleaning and some damaged flooring on the main level, overall it met our expectations perfectly. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
