This Airbnb is simply outstanding! We spent an entire month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport (yet surprisingly quiet), a short 2-minute stroll to various shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's a lovely 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the area without a car. Kevin is a fantastic host; he made the entire experience seamless. Anytime we had a minor issue, he had someone there to assist us in no time, and it was resolved swiftly. The Airbnb itself is cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and the pool was a perfect spot to relax. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that it was handled smoothly. With multiple listings, he is incredibly reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this place, as well as Kevin's other properties, to everyone.

Kevin came to our rescue around 10 pm when our previous Airbnb turned out to be unprepared for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming his place was, especially considering it was a last-minute booking. Everything was in order and we had a great stay!

Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries and was very attentive to our needs. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it with ease! His communication skills are top-notch, which is vital when staying at an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was with the oven, which Kevin promptly checked out and confirmed it wasn’t functioning. Thankfully, the stovetop worked just fine, and since we were mostly out for a wedding, it didn't hinder our plans. We truly appreciated Kevin’s assistance and some unexpected thoughtful touches he provided us - a big shout-out to him! We will definitely look for other properties he oversees in the future.
