This place was perfect for gathering my whole family together. I would definitely recommend it, but I suggest checking on the pool’s cleanliness before you arrive. We had to forfeit our planned backyard grill day due to the pool turning green and needing treatment, but the issue has since been addressed by the property manager. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any inquiries. Truly great hospitality!

This property is situated in a fantastic location within a very safe neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The space was ample enough for our extended family group. We found the pool enjoyable, but it was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was a highlight! The guest studios by the pool, while small, offered a nice touch of privacy when needed. Being an older home, some areas show signs of age. Unfortunately, both the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly, resulting in melted ice and warm food. The staircase is a bit tricky, so I wouldn't recommend this place for those with mobility issues as there is only one bedroom on the main floor, and it lacks a bath or shower. Overall, the pricing is reasonable for the area, especially when shared among several families.

He met us upon arrival, making everything hassle-free. His knowledge of the local area was impressive and very helpful. The location was exactly as described and couldn't have been better.
