Fantastic location for an Airbnb, the apartment was quite roomy. There are a few minor upgrades needed, but we were really pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of the location was a plus, and we appreciated the good parking, the gym facilities, and the large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1 PM, expecting to have some lunch before checking in at 4 PM. When we arrived at 4, we learned that our check-in would be delayed as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until almost 6 PM without any updates, we inquired again only to be told to wait a little longer. We finally got access around 7:45 PM, only to find that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were tiling the floor. The noise of cutting tiles continued until around 9:30 PM, and the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the inconvenience, but I was told they'd have to consult the owners and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite frustrating, and I don't think I would choose to rent from them again.

We had a great weekend stay with a group of friends in this spacious rental. While there were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good cleaning and some cracks in the main floor, overall it matched the description perfectly and we had no major complaints. I would definitely book this place again.

Our stay at this property was perfect for a family reunion! I would definitely recommend it, though I suggest checking on the pool's cleanliness before you get there. We had to postpone our barbecue day because the pool was a bit murky and required some treatment. But the management has taken care of it since. The host, Kevin, was fantastic and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm, expecting to grab a bite to eat and check in at the designated 4:00 pm time. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After several follow-ups, including one at 5:49 pm and another at 7:02 pm, we were still waiting. Finally, we gained access around 7:45 pm only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which left workers tiling the floor until nearly 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left behind a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We didn't receive any apologies or efforts to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told they would need to speak with the owners but never heard back. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

Kevin deserves a perfect five stars for his exceptional service! However, there were a couple of issues with the unit that were beyond his control. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking, but Kevin promptly got it repaired. Also, I noticed that one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning. Lastly, the towels could definitely be upgraded as they weren't the best quality. I recommend the owner consider replacing them for a better guest experience.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. Kevin was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, reaching out as soon as I arrived at the airport. Although the building is quite large, Kevin provided a thorough tour that made it easy to navigate. The condo itself is very spacious, perfect for one or two guests, and everything was in perfect working order and immaculately clean.

He has been incredibly helpful in accommodating several guests looking for last-minute places during the DWD event, tailoring his support to fit everyone's specific needs. The studio is beautifully designed and has everything necessary for a delightful stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for unwinding after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
