We had a wonderful time at this property, perfect for gathering the whole family. I highly recommend it, just double-check that the pool is clean prior to your visit. We unfortunately missed out on our planned outdoor grill evening because the pool was cloudy and needed some maintenance. However, the owner took swift action to fix it with the pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. Truly a fantastic experience!

Our stay was fantastic for my sister’s bachelorette getaway! The property was spacious enough for our group of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy. The two guest houses provided just the right amount of privacy while allowing us to remain close. The outdoor space was breathtaking and made for some memorable photos. Plus, we were just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach, which was a huge bonus! The host was very quick to respond to our queries and offered great support during our visit. I highly recommend this place for any large gatherings!
We had an amazing time at this property with a group of 12 for a bachelorette party. The house was spotlessly clean and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and eateries we wanted to visit. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay! Highly recommend this place!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or two friends, with a bed that can either be arranged as twins or a king size. The location is conveniently close to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been completely upgraded, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern sink with countertop. The bathroom is also beautifully updated and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer switch. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with great air conditioning, keep the space nice and cool. There's a well-organized closet with plenty of storage options. Plus, access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking make things even easier (it's shared with the main house, which is also available for rent if you need extra space). The property manager was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a couple of minor issues with ease. Overall, this place met our expectations, and we'd definitely choose to stay here again.
The location was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini-table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the price in relation to the amenities and location, it felt overpriced. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space and its facilities seems excessive. I hope for a more reasonable pricing structure and better amenities in the future.
The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite a delay with our flight, they ensured they were there to welcome us and give us a tour of the property. We truly appreciated their efforts. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
We arrived in town and our flight touched down around 1:00 pm. We planned to have lunch and then check in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00 we were informed that the place wasn't ready yet and the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we reached out again but received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we followed up again and were told they would keep us posted. We finally gained access around 7:45 pm only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were there tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles well into the night, around 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We didn’t receive any apology for the inconvenience, and when I inquired about a possible discount for the delayed check-in and other issues, I was told that they would need to consult with the owners but never got a follow-up. This was quite frustrating, and I would hesitate to book with them again.
After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this property. The host was incredibly quick to respond and managed to arrange our stay in under a day. Upon arrival, they welcomed us warmly, showed us around the place, and assured us we could reach out if we needed anything. They provided fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and things to do in the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
This spacious rental was perfect for our group getaway. We did notice a few minor issues, such as the hot tub needing a clean and some cracks in the main floor, but overall, the place matched the description well and our experience was enjoyable. I would definitely consider booking this place again.
