I had to plan a spontaneous business trip to West Palm for a month and found this lovely condo. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and made sure to stay in touch from the moment I landed. The property is quite expansive, but Kevin took the time to show me around, which was very helpful. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything operated smoothly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

The location was much farther from the convention center than expected; it took over half an hour to walk there, although it was a quick 5-minute drive. The room was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the price point, it felt excessively high for the amenities provided. I was relieved that Airbnb’s policy allowed for a full refund, but paying over $300 for this space and its limited offerings seems unreasonable. I hope future guests see a more competitive price and better facilities offered.

The stay was fantastic! The apartment was cozy and the location couldn't have been better. The complex offers a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Kevin was an excellent host, always quick to reply. I would definitely book this place again. Just a small note, the room looked a bit different from the photos, but it was not an issue.

We had an amazing time during our friend’s bachelorette weekend! The house was spacious for our group of 12 and was sparkling clean, just like in the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to explore. Kevin was super attentive and quick to help with any questions we had. This is definitely a great spot for a fun getaway!

This was a fantastic Airbnb choice! The apartment is quite roomy and has a great layout. While there are a few minor tweaks that could enhance the experience, we really enjoyed our extended stay. The location is perfect, with an excellent parking space, a gym, and an expansive swimming pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.

We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb and really enjoyed ourselves. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we felt fortunate to select this area. Most attractions were just a short drive away, and several spots were easily accessible on foot from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt secure at all times, which was a pleasant surprise given how central it is. This Airbnb is a charming century-old home with a wonderful pool and cabana area in the back; having the two 'casitas' was a fantastic bonus for our larger group. Kevin, the host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. While a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for spacious accommodations and a prime location in West Palm.
