We had a wonderful stay! The host was very welcoming, and the place was just perfect for our needs.
The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or around 5 minutes by car. The room was fairly small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and there was no kitchen setup available. Given the location and the amenities, I found the pricing to be excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund in line with Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its features felt unreasonable. I hope for a more competitive rate and additional amenities in the future.
This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every single day. Its location couldn’t be better; it’s just a short 10-minute ride from the airport with no noise at all, a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it’s just a 15-minute walk to Clematis, which offers amazing restaurants and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to explore and enjoy the local scene. The host was wonderful and made our stay effortless. Whenever we had a minor issue, they promptly sent someone to assist us, and everything was resolved instantly. The apartment itself is spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. With multiple listings to their name, I found them to be reliable and very responsible. We highly recommend this place and the host’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was a nice feature, although the heater seemed to be out of order, which made it a bit chilly for swimming. We did enjoy the hot tub, though! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a good amount of privacy if that's what you’re looking for. As for the house, it does show some age, so just be prepared for that. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, as the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, leaving us with melted ice. The stairs are a bit steep and there’s only one bedroom on the main level, which could be a concern for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main part of the house. If you’re traveling with a group and splitting the costs, it’s a reasonable option for the area.

The accommodation was very cozy, featuring two en suite bedrooms that provided ample privacy, along with a spacious living room to relax in. The peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for a restful night's sleep.
