We had an AMAZING last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The parking was a huge plus, and our host was incredibly accommodating. It’s in a prime location, just a 2-minute stroll to Starbucks and tons of shops and live music venues. Some furniture shows a bit of wear, like the couch, but honestly, the stunning view from the sliding glass door makes you forget about those little imperfections instantly.

Kevin truly exceeded my expectations as a host. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to any queries I had. His support for guests at DWD seeking last-minute accommodations was remarkable, as he tailored assistance to meet everyone's needs. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay. Plus, having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, allowing me to unwind and relax my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I definitely plan to return in the future!

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful, reaching out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite substantial, he provided a thorough tour that made settling in a breeze. The condo is spacious enough for one or two guests, everything operated smoothly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

Our work trip here was fantastic! The spacious rooms and comfortable, clean beds made for a great stay. The two cottage rooms at the back provided just the right amount of extra space and private bathrooms for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool area, although we did have to use the nets to keep it clean due to the surrounding trees. Still, it was lovely to take a swim on warm days. The sound of the waterfall added a calming vibe at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix very enjoyable. The location is ideal, just a stone's throw from Clematis St and City Place, offering lots of dining and nightlife options as well as easy access to the beach. Kevin, the host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would certainly love to return in the future if there’s availability!
