2025 We had a fantastic last-minute getaway at this place! The apartment offered convenient parking and the owner was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is just a short walk away, including a great coffee spot and an array of shops and entertainment options. While some furnishings, like the couch, showed signs of wear, the stunning views from the windows more than made up for it. Highly recommend this spot for a quick trip!

It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends sharing, thanks to the versatile bed setup that can either be arranged as twins or a king. The property is conveniently located, making it easy to access all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring modern appliances like a range and fridge, along with a sleek sink and countertop. The bathroom is also well-designed, equipped with nice details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area are fitted with ceiling fans for extra comfort, alongside reliable air conditioning. The closet offers a great storage solution with its well-organized racks and bars. Plus, having a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking is a big plus—especially since the main house, which is also a rental, offers even more space if needed. The property manager was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns promptly and professionally. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider renting from this property manager again.
I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm for a month and this place was a great choice. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right after I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, making it easy to get settled. The condo offered ample space for myself and another person, everything was in good working order, and the cleanliness was impressive.

We arrived after a long flight, expecting to check in around 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the host informed us that the cleaning team was still working, and we would have to wait a bit longer. After several inquiries, we finally got access at around 7:45 pm, which was much later than we anticipated. To make matters worse, there was an ongoing bathroom renovation with workers tiling the floor, and they were cutting tiles until quite late at night. It was disruptive, and the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen during our stay. There was a lack of communication and no apology offered from the host regarding these issues. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from this property again.
