Charming 2BR/1BA Luxury Home with Modern Amenities Near Orlando Hospitals

The accommodation was fantastic! It was cozy and ideally situated. The building features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Mark was an excellent host, always quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely book it again. The only thing to note is that the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still a minor detail.

The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the main attractions! However, the building itself is showing its age. Communication with Kevin was top-notch and he was very responsive. The carpets could definitely use a good clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some peeling leather. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable spot, but there are a few improvements that could make it even better.

Fantastic location for an Airbnb, and the apartment is quite roomy. There are a few minor tweaks needed, but we were generally pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of the parking, along with access to a gym and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening, made it a delightful experience.

The pool was lovely, although it was a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning. Luckily, we made good use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool are compact, but they provide a nice sense of privacy if needed. Do keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, both the refrigerator and freezer weren't very cold, which led to our ice melting quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges, especially since there are no baths or showers downstairs. Overall, considering we split costs among multiple families, it was a reasonable price for the area.
