Entire rental unit. Delightful 2BR/1BA Upscale Retreat with Contemporary Comforts, Just Minutes from Orlando Hospitals

We had an amazing time during our bachelor party with 11 friends at this house. It was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Just a quick Uber ride away from all the nightlife and dining options we wanted to check out! The host was super attentive and always available to assist us. Highly recommend this place!

The host was incredibly helpful and flexible with our spontaneous reservation as we were evacuating from the hurricane. Their understanding made a stressful situation much easier.

Although I couldn't make it due to an unexpected emergency that required my immediate attention, the host was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I really appreciate their kindness during a stressful time.

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to have lunch before being able to check in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that there was a delay as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we were met with silence. At 7:02 pm, we reached out again and were told they would get back to us shortly. Ultimately, we didn’t get into our rental until around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, we encountered a leak in the downstairs bathroom and there were workers tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, and left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen the whole time. There was no apology or attempt to remedy the situation. I inquired about possibly receiving a partial refund for the inconvenience of the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but I was told they would need to confirm with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I cannot recommend this rental based on my stay.
