The location was quite a hike from the convention center as it took over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was fairly small, equipped with a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning, and there were no cooking facilities provided. Given the price we paid, I was expecting more from both the location and amenities. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but I found the over $300 price tag to be unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the host considers making the pricing more reasonable and improves the amenities available.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, as the bed can be configured either as twins or a king-size. Its central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The newly remodeled kitchen features everything you need, including a stove, fridge, and lovely countertops. The bathroom has also been upgraded and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans, alongside effective air conditioning to keep you comfortable. I appreciated the well-organized closet with plenty of room for storage. Additionally, there's a shared washer and dryer plus off-street parking available, which is convenient if you have more people joining. Kevin, the host, was prompt and courteous, addressing a few minor issues with ease. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily book with Kevin again.

I had a wonderful experience at Kevin's rental! He is incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. His ability to assist so many guests, especially during the busy DWD event, is truly commendable. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great relief for my tired legs after a long day. I can't wait to return!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The space was spacious and accommodated all of us comfortably. There were a few minor issues, like the hot tub needing a good cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, but overall it matched the description well and we had a great time. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our work trip at this location was fantastic! The abundance of space and the comfortable, clean beds made our stay enjoyable. The two cottage rooms in the back offered a great solution for privacy with their own bathrooms, which was a big plus. We appreciated the inviting pool area surrounded by trees, although we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean. It was refreshing to swim on warm days, and the sound of the waterfall added a lovely ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and secure, making it great for evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, we were able to enjoy many bars and restaurants, and the beach was easily accessible too. Kevin, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We'd love to return in the future if it's available!

This rental was simply outstanding! We spent a month here and loved every second of our stay. The location couldn't be better—just under 10 minutes from the airport without any of the usual noise, only a short stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and roughly a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's about a 15-minute walk to Clemantis where you'll find fantastic dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. You don't need a car to explore and enjoy the area. Kevin is a superb host who made our experience seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for immediate assistance to get it resolved. The Airbnb was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax. When we mistakenly jumbled our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make it hassle-free. He manages several listings and is incredibly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin's other properties to anyone!
