This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It's spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. There were a few minor hiccups, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level, but overall everything matched the listing well. We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this gem! The apartment is conveniently located with parking available, and our host was truly exceptional. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away - Starbucks is only 2 minutes on foot, along with shops and live music venues. While the furniture shows some signs of wear, the stunning views from the windows and sliding door more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent an entire month here and cherished every second. The location couldn’t be better—just under 10 minutes from the airport with no disturbances, a short walk of 2 minutes to numerous shops and eateries, plus a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. It’s also only a 15-minute stroll to Clematis, where we found amazing dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area! Kevin is a wonderful host who made everything effortless. Whenever we encountered an issue, he promptly sent someone over to resolve it. The space itself is cozy, roomy, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings, he’s reliable and responsible, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place and his other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
