Beautiful 2 bedroom /1 bath with large terrace in downtown Orlando

Chris was a fantastic host who really went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly flexible with our spontaneous booking after we had to evacuate because of the hurricane.

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requirements. Managing the needs of a group of 16 is no easy task, but he handled it with ease! His communication was top-notch, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup we experienced was with the oven, which Kevin promptly addressed and confirmed it was out of order. Luckily, the stovetop worked fine for our needs since we were there for a wedding and didn't cook big meals. We genuinely appreciated Kevin's assistance and some unexpected thoughtful touches he provided - a massive shout-out to him! We will certainly consider booking more properties that he oversees in the future.

It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or two friends since the bed can easily be converted into either twins or a king-sized setup. The location is conveniently situated near local attractions. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and stylish countertops. The bathroom also boasts recent renovations, including a thoughtful dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom complement the strong air conditioning for added comfort. The closet is well-equipped with shelves and rods, offering ample storage space. Additionally, there's a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking available, which is useful. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and quickly addressed a few minor issues we had. In summary, the property met all our needs, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every second. Its location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport without any noise disruption. You're only a 2-minute stroll from a variety of shops and eateries, plus a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. We also enjoyed walking 15 minutes to Clematis Street, where we found amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Kevin, our host, was wonderful and made our stay hassle-free. Whenever we encountered a minor issue, he arranged for someone to come by and help us out right away. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the process simple. He manages several listings and is incredibly trustworthy and reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
