Entire rental unit. Charming 2-Bedroom, 1-Bath Retreat with Expansive Terrace in the Heart of Downtown Orlando

We arrived at the property after our flight, expecting to check-in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working, pushing our check-in back significantly. By 5:49 pm, we reached out for an update but didn't receive a reply. After following up again at 7:02 pm, we were told they would provide an update, but we didn't get access until around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue, and workers were busy tiling the bathroom floor. The noise continued until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger right in the kitchen area, which was quite unpleasant. There was no apology or attempt from the management to rectify the situation. I inquired about compensation due to the late check-in and the inconveniences, but I was told it would need to be discussed with the owners, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to book here again.

We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this fantastic apartment! The availability was a stroke of luck, as it ticked all the boxes for our needs. With convenient parking and a truly welcoming host, we felt right at home. The best part? Everything is just a short walk away—Starbucks is literally two minutes down the road, along with shopping and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the windows and sliding door quickly made us forget any minor imperfections.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay.

This property was the perfect setting for our family reunion. I can't recommend it enough, just remember to check on the pool's cleanliness before your stay. We ended up missing a fun day in the backyard with the grill because the pool was not in great shape and required treatment. The management has since addressed this with the pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our questions. Truly a fantastic host!
