This property is ideally situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. While the pool was enjoyable, it was too chilly to use since the heater didn't function, so we took full advantage of the hot tub instead, which was a highlight! The guest studios near the pool offer a cozy retreat for privacy, even though they're on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house has some age, so there are areas showing signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't operating properly; the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, resulting in melted ice. The staircase can be tricky to navigate, and note that the main house only has one bedroom downstairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns, especially since there's no bath or shower on that level. Overall, considering the price when shared among several families, it's a good option for the area.

I was really impressed with how quickly Kevin responded to all of our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it like a pro! Communication is key when it comes to renting an Airbnb, and Kevin nailed it. The house was just as described online. The only issue we faced was with the oven not functioning, but Kevin arrived promptly to check on it and confirmed it was broken. Thankfully, the stovetop worked fine, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't doing much cooking anyway. We genuinely appreciated our interactions with Kevin and the thoughtful surprises he provided. A big shoutout to him! We will definitely look for more of his properties in the future.

The host was excellent—super friendly and responsive! I had a mix-up with my reservation dates, and they were so accommodating in helping me fix it.
