Quaint Apt 10 Minutes to Advent & Orlando Health

The location was quite far from the convention center according to the map (more than a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was quite small, only featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and there was no kitchen equipment available. Considering the location and amenities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 seems unreasonable for this space and its facilities. I hope they can propose a more reasonable rate and enhance the amenities in the future.

Unfortunately, I couldn't stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but I appreciate Kevin's quick response in refunding my payment. Very understanding host!

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our time here. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we're thrilled that we picked this neighborhood. Virtually everything we wanted to see was within a quick 5-minute drive, and many spots were easily walkable from the house. The area was peaceful and felt very safe, making it a delightful place to unwind. The home itself is over a century old, and the pool and cabana in the backyard are simply amazing. The two additional 'casitas' were quite handy for accommodating our larger party. Kevin was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. If I had to point out a couple of areas for improvement, a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would be nice. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for larger groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.
