Cozy private room close to Downtown

We really enjoyed our time at this Airbnb! The apartment is quite spacious and offers a fantastic location. While there are a few minor areas that could use some attention, we were more than happy during our extended stay. It's conveniently situated, includes a great parking spot, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we were able to enjoy stunning sunsets each evening.

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport with zero noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Furthermore, Clematis is just a 15-minute walk away, boasting fantastic dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. Kevin was a fantastic host, making everything convenient for us. Whenever we had a minor issue, he promptly arranged for repairs, ensuring everything was taken care of right away. The place was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we required. The other guests in the building were friendly, and the pool area served as a lovely spot to relax. Even when we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the process as smooth as possible. He has several properties and is truly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.
