While my experience with the host was outstanding and deserving of a full five stars, the unit itself did have a few issues that detracted from my stay. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly attended to it. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the bathtubs could have been improved, and the towels provided were not of the highest quality. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider upgrading them.
This property is situated in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The communication from the host was top-notch and very helpful. However, the building shows some signs of age, and the carpets could really use a deep clean. Additionally, a few pieces of furniture are in need of care, as they are starting to show wear and tear. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it comfortable, but there's definitely room for improvement.
We spent three weeks at this charming Airbnb and had an incredible experience. The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm. Everything we wanted to see was within a five-minute drive, and we even found some spots we could easily walk to. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to so many attractions. This property is a lovely century-old home, and the pool and cabana area in the back were highlights of our stay. The two additional 'casitas' were a great touch for our larger group. The host was incredibly quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. If I had to suggest improvements, a new washer/dryer set and a few upgraded pillows would be great, but overall, this place is a fantastic choice for large groups looking for an ideal location in West Palm.
Our stay was fantastic and perfect for our work trip! The spacious rooms offered plenty of comfort, and the beds were spotless and cozy. We particularly appreciated the two additional cottage rooms at the back, which provided extra privacy and their own bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was a great bonus, surrounded by lush trees; we did need to use the nets to keep it clear, but we enjoyed swimming during the sunny days. The gentle sound of the pool's waterfall added a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took leisurely evening walks to the nearby Publix. It’s conveniently located just a short stroll from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, and access to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would happily return on our next trip if it's available!

We had a wonderful time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located, and spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable.
We arrived at the property after a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy some lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. Unfortunately, when we reached out at that time, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working on the property. After waiting a bit longer, we reached out again at 5:49 PM but received no updates. We had to inquire multiple times, and it wasn't until around 7:45 PM that we finally gained access. Upon entering, we discovered that there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and tile cutting continued until nearly 9:30 PM. Additionally, there were leftover items like a used toilet and sink cluttering the kitchen area throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we did not receive any apologies or offers to rectify the situation. I raised the concern about a potential partial refund due to the inconvenience of our late check-in and the ongoing issues, but was told the host needed to consult with the owners, and we never heard back. This experience was quite disappointing and I would hesitate to rent from this property again.
The owner of this apartment was exceptional, and the space itself was spotless. It had a lovely design, was well-organized, and felt very welcoming. My mother found it incredibly enjoyable and had a wonderful stay.
The property was quite far from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car). The room was small (just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table), and unfortunately, the shower was broken. There were no kitchen facilities available either. Considering the location and amenities, the price is unreasonable. Thankfully, I received a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 feels excessive for what was offered. I hope a more reasonable price is set and additional amenities are added in the future.
