1st Floor Apt 1 Bed/1 Bath in Downtown Orlando with small outdoor patio

We arrived on a flight that landed shortly after noon, hoping to have lunch and check in at the scheduled time of 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired again but received no clear answer. It wasn't until 7:02 pm that we were told they would provide us an update, but it felt like communication was lacking. We finally got into the rental around 7:45 pm, only to find that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still in the process of tiling the floor with loud cutting sounds going on until about 9:30 pm. Furthermore, the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen area for the duration of our stay, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation presented to us. I inquired about a partial refund for the inconvenience and was told they would need to consult with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

This place was fantastic! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. It's conveniently located near all the essentials for a great stay.

This Airbnb boasts an excellent location and offers a generous amount of space. While there are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, we were quite pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of ample parking, a well-equipped gym, and a large pool where we enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening was a definite highlight.

Kevin was an amazing host! He was very attentive and considerate throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at his property. Definitely recommend!

Kevin truly deserves all five stars for his outstanding service. However, there were a few issues within the unit that weren't his responsibility. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels offered could use an upgrade. I suggest the owner considers replacing them for future guests.
