I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm and was fortunate enough to find this place for a month-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure to communicate with me right from my arrival at the airport. The building is quite roomy, but the host took the time to show me around, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is perfectly sized for one or two guests, everything functions properly, and it's impeccably clean.

This guesthouse is a fantastic addition to the often pricey vacation rentals in West Palm Beach. It’s comfortable and perfect for either individuals, couples, or two friends since the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom also features some nice renovations and thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help keep things cool, in addition to the effective air conditioning. There’s a well-organized closet that offers ample storage space. Shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, is a nice bonus, especially since the main house is also available for larger groups. The host was quick to respond when we needed assistance and handled a couple of minor issues with ease. Overall, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely consider booking again.
