We arrived around 1:00 pm, excited to grab some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, we were informed that check-in would be delayed due to the cleaning staff still being on-site. After a few hours of waiting, we reached out at 5:49 pm for an update but received no response. By 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were simply told to wait. Eventually, we were able to enter around 7:45 pm only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise lasted until about 9:30 pm, and we were surprised to find a used toilet, sink, and a plunger left in the kitchen throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I even requested a partial refund for the late check-in and all the inconvenience, but was told the host would need to consult the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and truly loved our experience. The location is ideal for first-time visitors to West Palm, and we're thrilled we decided on this spot. Most attractions were just a short drive away, and we found a few places we could even stroll to. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, plus it was remarkably close to many amenities. This Airbnb is a charming century-old home, and we particularly adored the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The additional 'casitas' are a fantastic bonus for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure we had the best stay possible. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the greatest, these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic rental experience. I highly recommend this property for groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.
This property was perfect for gathering my family all in one place. I highly suggest it, but do check that the pool has been properly maintained before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned backyard barbecue since the pool needed some attention and had turned green. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed with the pool service. The host was fantastic and always quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this place!
I would rate the host a full five stars for their efforts, but unfortunately, there were a few issues with the unit itself that need attention. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host was quick to arrange for repairs. One of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them for future guests.

Their communication was excellent, which is crucial for a successful Airbnb experience. The property description was spot on. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which the host quickly assessed and confirmed was out of order. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional. We weren't planning to prepare elaborate meals since we were there for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated a few thoughtful surprises they provided, so a huge thank you for that! We will definitely consider staying at properties managed by them in the future.
We were in a bit of a bind when we arrived at our original Airbnb only to find it wasn't clean. Thankfully, the host was incredibly accommodating and helped us check in at nearly 10 pm. The place was well-prepared and comfortable, making our last-minute transition smooth. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for a family getaway. While the pool was lovely, we discovered the heater was not functioning, but the hot tub provided a cozy alternative! The guest suites by the pool are compact but offer great privacy for those who prefer it. Being an older property, some wear and tear is expected. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't operating correctly; the freezer was more like a fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there is only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be inconvenient for guests with mobility limitations. Also, please note there are no bathing facilities in the main house downstairs. Overall, considering the price and if shared among families, it was a reasonable deal for the area.
