Kevin is definitely deserving of five stars for his exceptional hospitality. However, the unit did have a few issues that need attention. There was a leaking faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more cleaning. The towels also weren't up to standard and could use replacing. Overall, a great stay thanks to Kevin!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey area of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, with the flexibility to arrange the bed as twins or a king. The location is ideal for exploring everything that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom renovations are lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful addition of a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for extra comfort, in addition to the great air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and hanging space for storage. There’s also a shared washer and dryer, along with convenient off-street parking. Kevin, our host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns efficiently. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would happily book with Kevin again.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kevin's incredible responsiveness! Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled everything with ease. His communication was top-notch, which truly made a difference in our experience. The house matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was that the oven wasn’t working, but Kevin promptly came over to assess the situation. The stovetop was functional, and since we were there for a wedding, we didn’t need to prepare elaborate meals. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches from Kevin, including a few surprises that made our stay even better. A huge thank you to him! We’ll definitely look for properties managed by him in the future.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM and were hoping to enjoy lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working on the property. As the hours passed, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected. We checked in again at 5:49 PM with no response, and after another hour of waiting, we finally got a vague update. We didn’t get into the unit until approximately 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there installing new tiles, creating quite a bit of noise. They were even cutting tile until around 9:30 PM. To add to our frustration, they left a used toilet and sink with a plunger sitting in the kitchen during our entire stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and the inconvenience, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don't think I would choose this place again.

Kevin really came through for us late at night when we found ourselves in a bind with another Airbnb that wasn't ready for our arrival. It was almost 10 pm, and thanks to his quick response, we were able to check into his place without any hassle. Everything was in great shape and the last-minute booking went smoothly. Highly recommend!
