The location is fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool area was enjoyable, but unfortunately the heater wasn't functioning, resulting in a bit of a chilly dip. We made the most of it by using the hot tub, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios by the pool are cozy, providing good privacy for those who need it. Keep in mind that the property has some age, so you'll notice signs of wear and tear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer as the latter wasn't cold enough, which caused our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bathroom or shower in the main living area. Overall, it's a reasonable price for the location, especially if you're sharing with other families.

Our stay here for work was fantastic! The spacious accommodations and the comfort of the beds made our visit enjoyable. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent privacy along with their own bathrooms, which was a huge plus. We loved the pool area, surrounded by trees, although we did have to use the nets to keep it clean. Still, we enjoyed refreshing swims whenever the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was an added bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe; we even took strolls to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is superb, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place where there’s a great selection of bars and restaurants, plus the beach isn't far away. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would love to return if the place is available again in the future.

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice. Everything we needed was within a five-minute drive, and some attractions were even walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise considering its proximity to the action. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old home. The pool and cabana area in the backyard are amazing, and the two additional casitas are perfect for larger groups. The host was very attentive and eager to ensure our stay was exceptional. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be great to see a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows – but aside from that, this is a fantastic option for large groups seeking the ideal spot in West Palm.

The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 guests can be challenging, but they made it seem easy! Communication was top-notch, which is crucial for a smooth Airbnb experience. The property matched the description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host arrived promptly to check it out and confirmed it was not operational. We relied on the stovetop for our meals since we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host and were pleasantly surprised with some thoughtful extras. A big shoutout to the host for their hospitality! We look forward to booking again in the future.

I would give the host five stars for their service alone, but there were a few issues with the unit itself that affected my experience. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. One of the tubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were a bit worn. I believe the owner should consider updating them.

This Airbnb is simply fantastic! We spent an entire month here and enjoyed every single moment. The location couldn't be better—only a short 10-minute trip from the airport with no disturbances, just a 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and about a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it’s just a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you'll find amazing dining options and a fantastic farmers market every Saturday. Having a car is not necessary to fully enjoy the area. The property owner was incredibly accommodating and made everything a breeze. When we had a minor issue, help was on the way in no time, and everything was resolved right away. The rental itself is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the owner went above and beyond to assist us. They have several listings and are very reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this property and the owner’s other listings to everyone.

Although the building is quite large, they took the time to show me around, which made my stay much easier.
