Modern 2 Story House in Sodo, Orlando

We had a wonderful experience staying at Kevin's apartment. It was beautifully decorated and maintained, offering a clean and organized environment. My mother found it so enjoyable and comfortable during her stay.

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was somewhat cramped, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, I found the price to be quite unreasonable. Thankfully, due to AirBnB's policies, I received a full refund, but I still feel that over $300 is excessive for what was offered. I hope they reconsider their pricing and enhance their facilities in the future.

We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse, which is a refreshing option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s a cozy space that works perfectly for solo travelers, couples, or friends—especially with the convertible bed setup. Everything we wanted to explore in WPB was conveniently located nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes a stove, fridge, and attractive countertops. The bathroom has also seen some thoughtful renovations, like the dimmer switch feature. There are ceiling fans to help with airflow, alongside the efficient air conditioning system. The closet organization is fantastic, offering plenty of storage space. We appreciated having shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house—a great option if you have a larger group. Our host, Kevin, was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns promptly and amicably. All in all, our experience was very satisfying, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

We had an AMAZING last-minute getaway at this cozy apartment. It’s got convenient parking and our host was incredibly welcoming. The location is unbeatable—just a couple of minutes’ walk to Starbucks, shopping, and live music venues. While the furnishings show some signs of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door made us quickly forget about those minor details.

His communication made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The house matched the online description perfectly, though we encountered a minor issue with the oven not functioning. Mark was quick to visit and confirmed the problem, but we managed fine with the stovetop since we only needed to prepare light meals during our wedding visit. We were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras provided by Mark, which really added to our stay. A big thank you to him! We will surely look for more of his listings in the future.
