Our stay here for work was absolutely wonderful! The property had more than enough rooms, and I was impressed with how comfortable and spotless the beds were. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent additional space and ensured everyone had their own bathroom. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by trees, although we did find ourselves using the nets provided to keep it tidy. We enjoyed a refreshing swim on the nice days. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool was a lovely touch in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took strolls to Publix during the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Clematis Street and City Place, making it easy to explore numerous bars, restaurants, and the nearby beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return here in the future if available!

We arrived at 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to settle in and grab some lunch before check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. We checked in multiple times for updates, only to find out that access would be delayed. Finally, after waiting until about 7:45 pm, we were allowed in, only to discover a significant leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were still on-site tiling the floor and making noise until around 9:30 pm. To top it off, there was a used toilet and sink just left in the kitchen, and no one offered an apology or a solution to our inconvenience. I did inquire about a discount for our troubles, but received no follow-up. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the lack of communication and the cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this rental.

After our original booking fell through unexpectedly, we were in a bit of a bind, but Kevin came to our rescue! He was incredibly quick to respond, helping us secure our stay in under a day. Upon our arrival, he warmly welcomed us, showed us around the property, and encouraged us to reach out for anything we might need. His suggestions for local beaches, dining spots, and things to do were spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
