It's perfect for individuals, couples, or two friends, with the option to configure the bed as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore WPB. The kitchen is newly updated with all the essentials, including a stove, fridge, and modern sink with a lovely countertop. The bathroom has been nicely refurbished, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area to ensure comfort alongside the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with plenty of shelving and hanging space. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is convenient. I appreciated how responsive Kevin was, tackling a couple of small concerns promptly and positively. Overall, this property met our expectations, and I would happily book with Kevin again.

The two guest houses allowed us ample privacy while still keeping us together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and perfect for capturing memorable moments. Plus, the location was ideal – just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and provided excellent support during our stay.
