Our stay at this Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent an entire month enjoying all that it offered. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any noise, plus a quick stroll of only 2 minutes to numerous shops and eateries. The beach is a mere 10-minute drive away, and we loved that Clematis, with its amazing restaurants and vibrant farmers market every Saturday, is only a 15-minute walk. You really don’t need a car to explore the area. Kevin was an outstanding host, always ensuring our comfort. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for someone to address it right away, which was impressive. The apartment was not only spacious and cozy but also equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings, his reliability and commitment are undeniable. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and any of Kevin’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, as the bed can easily be configured into twins or a king. You can’t beat the location, which is right in the heart of WPB and close to various attractions. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink with a stylish countertop. The bathroom has also seen updates and features nice amenities like a dimmer for the lights. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area that, along with the great air conditioning, keep the space quite comfortable. The closet is very well-designed with ample storage options. You also have access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, shared with the main house—ideal if you're traveling with a larger group. Kevin, the host, was very responsive when we reached out and dealt with a few minor concerns promptly and pleasantly. Overall, the property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

I recently had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. I was really impressed with how accommodating Kevin was; he reached out as soon as I landed. The building is quite expansive, but thanks to the tour he provided, I felt right at home in no time. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned well, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, over a 30-minute walk and just a 5-minute drive. The room itself was cramped, featuring only a small double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. To make matters worse, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and amenities, I found the price to be excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund under Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space felt unjustifiable. I would hope for a more reasonable price and better amenities in the future.

We had the pleasure of spending three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb, and it was an amazing experience. The location is absolutely ideal. Being our first visit to West Palm Beach, we couldn't have picked a better spot. Nearly everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and several attractions were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood felt peaceful and secure, which was a huge plus. This charming Airbnb is a century-old home, complete with a stunning pool and a relaxing cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' made it perfect for our large group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The only minor drawbacks were the need for a new washer/dryer and a few more comfortable pillows, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're traveling with a big group and want the best location in West Palm Beach.
