The property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely book this place again. One thing to note is that the apartment looked slightly different from the photos, but it was still a great experience overall.
Our work trip was a delight thanks to this lovely rental. The spacious rooms and clean, comfortable beds made for a great stay. Having the two additional cottage rooms in the back was a fantastic bonus, allowing everyone their own privacy and bathroom. The pool area was a wonderful feature; while there were some leaves from the nearby trees that needed to be cleared with the provided nets, we enjoyed some refreshing swims during the warm weather. The soothing sounds of the waterfall at night created a relaxing ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the local Publix. Its prime location near Clematis St and City Place provided us with easy access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d love to return if we have the opportunity in the future.
We arrived in town for our vacation and expected to check in at 4:00 PM after grabbing some lunch. However, when we arrived, the host informed us that the cleaning staff was still working and we would need to wait longer. After several inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we discovered that there had been some water damage in the downstairs bathroom, and construction crews were busy tiling the area, making quite a bit of noise until late into the evening. To make matters worse, we found the used bathroom items including a plunger left in the kitchen during our stay. There was no acknowledgment or apology from the host for the delays or disruptions. When I inquired about a possible refund for the inconvenience, I was told they'd have to check with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider booking with them again.
We had an amazing time at this property during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 12. The house was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the nightlife and dining options we wanted to explore! The host was incredibly attentive and always available to answer our questions. A fantastic choice for a fun trip!

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our experience. The location couldn't be better! It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we couldn't have picked a more ideal spot. Almost everything we wanted to see was within a five-minute drive, and some attractions were even within walking distance from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, which was a pleasant surprise. This Airbnb is a charming century-old home, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard; it was a fantastic spot to relax. The two additional 'casitas' were a great bonus for our larger group. The host was very attentive and eager to ensure we had a flawless stay. Although the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and we wished for better pillows, overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a big group and looking for a prime location in West Palm Beach.

Communication was top-notch, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The property matched the description perfectly. We did run into an issue with the oven, but the host promptly assessed the situation, confirming it was out of order. Luckily, the stovetop worked well, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't planning on cooking lavish meals anyway. We sincerely appreciated the extra touches the host provided during our stay—many thanks to them! We're looking forward to booking properties managed by them again in the future.
