I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and needed a temporary place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful, reaching out as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, Kevin took the time to give me a quick tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was kept spotless.

We arrived by plane around 1:00 pm and figured we could enjoy some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the maids were still working and our room wasn’t ready yet. After checking in again at 5:49 pm, we received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we requested another update, only to be told we would be informed soon. Finally, we were able to enter around 7:45 pm, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which had workers laying tile until nearly 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay without any communication or apology. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and inconvenience, but was told he needed to consult the owners, and I've yet to hear back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t choose to rent from them again.
