I would gladly give the host five stars if it were just about their efforts. They promptly took care of a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which was greatly appreciated. However, I did notice that one of the bathtubs was not as clean as I had hoped, and the towels provided could definitely use an upgrade. I think the owner should consider replacing those for future guests.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an emergency evacuation. The host was incredibly understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I really appreciate their professionalism and compassion in a tough situation.
