Spacious Downtown Home -Fenced Yard - WFH

Kevin was absolutely amazing - incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can't express how wonderful he was throughout our stay. The property was very cozy, perfect for a small group with two private en suite bedrooms and a spacious living area. It was peaceful and very comfortable, ideal for getting a good night's rest.

This guesthouse is a refreshing find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, as the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. Its central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom is also newly renovated and includes nice details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans to enhance the excellent air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with racks and hanging space, providing ample storage. We appreciated having shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a few minor concerns efficiently. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.
