Kevin was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and requirements. Managing the expectations of 16 guests is no small feat, yet he excelled at it! His communication skills were top-notch, which is crucial for an enjoyable Airbnb experience. The property's description was spot on. The only issue we faced was with the oven, which Kevin quickly addressed and confirmed was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop functioned well, and we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals as we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin, and he even surprised us with a few unexpected perks. A huge thank you to him! We will definitely consider properties he oversees in the future.

My family and I recently spent three weeks at this Airbnb, and we loved every moment of it. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice to stay in this neighborhood. We found that everything we needed was just a short drive away, and many attractions were easily reachable on foot. The area felt peaceful and secure, which was a plus. This charming 100-year-old home has a wonderful back area with a pool and cabana that we enjoyed immensely. The addition of the two 'casitas' was a perfect touch for our large group. Kevin, the host, was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. If there are any downsides, it would be that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and we could have used some comfier pillows. Nevertheless, this is a fantastic choice for those traveling in a large group and wanting to be in the heart of West Palm.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party at this property! It easily accommodated our group of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s comfort. The two guest houses allowed us to enjoy our privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and provided some unforgettable photo opportunities. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for any large gatherings!
