The location of the property is quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just around 5 minutes by car. The room itself was rather small, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning during my stay, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Given the location and the quality of the facilities, I found the price to be quite excessive. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space felt unreasonable. I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and enhancing the amenities in the future.
We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It was perfect for our party of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort. The two guest houses provided a great balance of space and togetherness. The outdoor space was beautiful, making it ideal for memorable photos. Plus, the location was spot on, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a big group getaway!
Unfortunately, I couldn't make the trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The property manager was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund for my booking. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism during a stressful time.

The neighborhood has a peaceful vibe, making us feel quite secure during our stay. This charming property is a century-old home, and the pool and cabana in the backyard are absolutely wonderful. The additional casitas are perfect for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be comfier, we highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group and looking for an ideal location in West Palm.
