Chris was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the preferences of a group of 16 can be quite challenging, but his excellent communication skills were a huge help. The house matched its description perfectly, making it easy to settle in. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which Chris promptly addressed by coming over to check it out—it turned out to be non-functional. However, the stovetop was operational, and since we were just in town for a wedding, we didn't require much cooking. We truly valued our interactions with Chris and were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful touches he provided during our stay. A massive thank you to Chris! We will certainly look for properties managed by him in the future.

We had an amazing time staying here for a bachelorette party with a group of 11 friends. The house was spotlessly clean and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride away from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Kevin was incredibly responsive and offered great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

This venue was perfect for our family gathering, allowing everyone to stay comfortably under one roof. I would definitely recommend this property, but I suggest checking on the pool's cleanliness prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool had turned murky and needed treatment. However, they have taken care of it with the pool maintenance team. The host, Kevin, was fantastic and very quick to respond to any queries. An excellent host!
