After our original rental unexpectedly fell through, we found ourselves in a pinch. Thankfully, David was incredibly quick to respond and managed to arrange our stay in under a day. He greeted us at the property, provided a thorough walkthrough, and encouraged us to reach out if we required any assistance. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and attractions were spot on. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Kevin was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable. I genuinely appreciated how easy he was to communicate with. The rental was very cozy and perfect for our group, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area. It provided a peaceful atmosphere which was great for restful nights.

As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were delighted with our choice. Everything we needed was just a short five-minute drive, and many attractions were easily walkable from the house. The neighborhood felt peaceful and secure, and we were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to local hotspots. This charming airbnb is housed in a hundred-year-old building, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional casitas were a fantastic bonus for our larger group. Kevin was an incredibly attentive host, always ready to assist and ensure our stay was perfect. A couple of improvements could be made, such as updating the washer/dryer and providing better pillows, but overall, this is a wonderful spot for groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location is simply unbeatable—only a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet it's completely quiet. It's just a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options, and a mere 10-minute drive will take you to the beach. Plus, a 15-minute walk brings you to Clemantis, where we found delightful restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday morning. You really don’t need a vehicle to explore the area and have a great time. Kevin is a fantastic host, making everything super straightforward. There was an issue we encountered, and he had someone there to fix it almost instantly. This place is cozy, roomy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. He has multiple properties and is incredibly reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, as well as Kevin's other listings, to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
