We had a fantastic time staying at this property with our extended family. It's the perfect location for a family reunion! Just a quick note for future guests: check on the pool cleanliness prior to your check-in, as we found it a bit cloudy and in need of some attention. However, the property manager took care of the issue promptly. Overall, our host was incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond to all our questions. Highly recommend this place for a memorable getaway!
Our work trip here was fantastic! The space was ample with plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own bathroom and a bit of extra privacy. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was beautifully surrounded by trees; we did have to use the supplied nets to keep it clean, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying a swim in the lovely weather. The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall at night was a great bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, and we enjoyed evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to return here if it's available in the future.
We had a fantastic weekend getaway with our friends in this spacious place. While there were a few minor things that could use some attention (the hot tub needed a good clean and the flooring on the main level was a bit worn), everything else matched the listing perfectly. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning.

This is a fantastic rental! The apartment is quite roomy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. While there are a few minor updates that could enhance the experience, we were overall very pleased with our extended visit. The location is excellent, offering easy access to amenities, plus the parking is a real bonus. The gym and the large swimming pool are perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening from the pool area.

This property was perfect for gathering my family all together! I highly recommend it, but do check on the pool's cleanliness before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our grilling day outside due to the pool needing some maintenance—it had turned murky. However, the owner promptly addressed the issue with the pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Truly a fantastic experience!
